ONE DOOR CLOSED.
A GREATER MISSION UNLOCKED.
What if I told you that two years ago, I was fired as a Digital Marketing Specialist?
Yes! and I wasn't the only one. The marketing team. The sales team. Even the software engineer.
All gone. The investor was furious. Two years in business. Not a single product sold.
Despite travelling east and west searching for customers, nothing was working.
I understood the frustration. But one question kept bothering me.
Why did we have to bear the consequences of a problem nobody had properly figured out?
Was it marketing? Sales? The product? Or were we looking in the wrong place entirely?
Then came my aha moment.
During my Master's in Strategic Studies, I learned something that changed how I approach problems:
To find a lasting solution, you must first understand the root cause.
Take the French Revolution. During the reign of King Louis XVI, people were angry. Many families were struggling to put food on the table.
Bread was becoming too expensive.People were hungry.
What if, instead of trying to stop the protests, he had focused on the hunger that was driving so much of their anger?
Only God knows how differently history might have turned out if he had addressed their suffering before things got worse.
That's when it clicked.
Five years working across B2B marketing for international companies taught me one thing: marketing, sales, and the sales pipeline cannot work in isolation.
I’ve worked across different markets and complex B2B environments, and I kept seeing the same pattern.
You can replace an entire team. But if the root cause remains, what's stopping the same problem from happening again?
And that's why Clarity to Lead. Bigger Moves. exists.
Because I'm sick of seeing businesses replace people, increase budgets and launch another campaign without understanding why customers aren't buying.
I'm sick of marketing and sales blaming each other while the real problem remains unresolved.
The villain I stand against? The Blame-and-Replace Cycle.
I believe there's a better way. Investigate before prescribing.
Understand the customer before creating another campaign.
Find the root cause before investing in another solution.
And prioritize improvements according to their impact on the business, so you can see what's changing as we move forward.
You deserve to walk into your next leadership meeting with answers, make decisions with confidence, and focus on the bigger future you're building.
